This book starts off with a section on basic anatomy and continues on with basic principles associated with the reverse crescent kick.
The next section teaches you how to correctly execute the primary kick, reverse crescent kick. This is followed by a section which teaches you the 10 variations of the reverse crescent kick. From here you are taken to the Training and Practice Methods chapter for a look at some very simple, yet effective methods for adding speed and power to your kicks. This is followed by a Q & A Troubleshooting section. The next chapter in this book deals with a brief application section for each of the kicks previously detailed in this book.
